Fall protection training with evacuation (E-learning)

This course is aimed at anyone who works at height: on a roof or in other elevated situations. Fall protection is also important for supervisors and managers who have overall work environment responsibility for individuals working above floor height.

Training

We are now also offering this course via E-Learning: Fall protection training for work performed at height. Working at height often entails major risks of accidents and ill health. Falls are the most common cause of death within the construction sector. The purpose of our course on fall protection is to increase the awareness of the participant as well as ensure a safe working environment. The theory element can be conducted in the classroom or in the form of e-learning. Entirely digitally, whenever and wherever you want.

This course is aimed at anyone who works at height: on a roof or in other elevated situations. Fall protection is also important for supervisors and managers who have overall work environment responsibility for individuals working above floor height.

What does the legislation say?

According to Chapter 2, Sections 4 and 7, of the Work Environment Act, the employer is obliged to notify its employees of the risks that exist at the workplace. The employer is also responsible for ensuring that the employees have the training and the equipment required to carry out their work duties safely. Chapter 2, Section 4, of the Work Environment Act states that adequate protective measures must be implemented to prevent injuries due to falls, trips, etc. This provision is specified through the rules contained in regulation AFS 1981:14

Certificates/Authorisation

After the participant has passed the test at the end of the fall protection course, they are issued with a personal certificate that satisfies the demands specified by the Swedish Work Environment Authority.

Prior knowledge requirements

You are proficient in Swedish, otherwise no prior knowledge is required.

Conditions

Registration is binding and the billing of course fees takes place within two weeks following registration. If you need to cancel your participation in the course, we have to receive the cancellation seven working days prior to the start of the course.

In the event there are insufficient registered participants or in case of some other valid reason, such as the course leader becoming ill, we will get back to you with alternative course dates. If you cannot find a suitable date and you are a group of around ten people, we are happy to consider an alternative arrangement specifically for you.

  • SEK 2,700 (per person) excl. VAT
  • 8 hours of training (incl. lunch, 1 h)
