Renta Merges with Tornby Construction Equipment
We are strengthening our position in Östergötland through our partnership with Tornby Byggmaskiner, which, with three depots—in Linköping, Motala, and Mjölby—serves the central and western parts of Östergötland. The company has 22 employees and annual revenue of approximately 80 million SEK.
Tornby Construction Equipment (TBM) has a long history and track record of profitable growth, and its personal relationships with local builders make it an excellent acquisition for Renta. TBM will continue to serve its customers with the same local presence and high-quality service offerings as before, while also benefiting from the implementation of Renta’s broader portfolio—including pumps, traffic control equipment, and job site trailers, as well as digital solutions. Their strong market position in Linköping strengthens Renta’s local presence and adds new locations in Motala and Mjölby. With TBM’s experienced management team, a solid foundation is being laid for continued growth throughout Östergötland.
The association is a natural step in Renta’s strategic development and goals: to strengthen its position and accessibility in Östergötland and Sweden.
