Two Become One = New Large Warehouse in Helsingborg

1 + 1 = 3, as they say. And for several years, we have been trying to merge our two Helsingborg depots, together with the real estate company Wihlborgs , this will become a reality in 2024. At Grustaget 1 in Väla Södra, a 1,300-square-meter equipment rental facility is being built just one roundabout away from the E4 and E6 highways.

Location, location, location—here we’re building on a grand scale, in a spot that’s practically at the heart of Europe. Now we’re merging our northern and southern depots, and all our staff, machinery, and history are coming along with us to the new facility. This investment and move would never have been possible without all our customers in the “Stone City.” Here, we have a long history of providing industry with the right machine, at the right time.

“It feels really good that we’re now bringing everything together under one roof. This makes our Helsingborg team even stronger and gives us the opportunity to grow alongside all of our customers’ construction projects, from brand-new facilities,” says Sebastian Gittner, site manager at Renta Helsingborg.

Construction to begin in the third quarter of 2023 – move-in scheduled for spring 2024

Come next spring, we’ll unlock the new premises and start setting up the equipment racks, wash bay, and workshop before the move brings our entire selection together in one place. In the meantime, we’ll also be hosting a spectacular grand opening party.

– So we’ll bring the whole Renta Skåne team together and throw a real party. A dozen equipment suppliers, plenty of food, and everyone will get a chance to see what a snazzy new Renta depot looks like—and as always, we’re aiming to get things done ahead of schedule,” says Linus Hylén, regional manager for Renta Skåne.
