Let’s Talk Sustainability – 2022 Sustainability Report
365 days. That’s how long it’s been since we published our first sustainability report for Renta Sverige, and a lot has happened since then. At the time of the previous report, the focus was on the COVID-19 pandemic and how we, as a company, managed the risks and consequences it entailed. In 2022, the world’s focus shifted to the war in Ukraine, economic turmoil, higher interest rates, and inflation. In a time of greater uncertainty and less stability, the focus on sustainable operations becomes even more important.
We are very proud of our first sustainability report, which we released last year for 2021. The report was met with a very positive response and has also served as a tool in our efforts to show our customers what we’re actually doing. But as with everything else we do, we are not 100% satisfied; instead, we constantly strive to improve. One step toward further demonstrating transparency to our customers and stakeholders—as well as creating a clearer structure—is to report in accordance with GRI guidelines starting with this report.
