Magnus Lundberg is going to clear the way for us
While he was consolidating our ten depots in Skåne, he also launched our operations in Denmark. Now, in his role as our new KAM (Key Account Manager), Magnus Lundberg will pave the way for our national partnerships and make Renta Easy the sales team’s favorite tool and something customers won’t want to be without.
The spider in the web, Magnus Lundberg, seeks thrills everywhere—and when he’s not free-diving 32 meters down into the sea, he’s putting his fate in the hands of a cliff face. Or in the grip of the unforgiving wind that propels his kite at 20 knots. Magnus is full of energy, and now he’s going to give a boost to what would otherwise fall through the cracks. Still based in Skåne, but now with all of Sweden as his playground. Magnus, what does the KAM mission mean to you?
“It sounds obvious when you put it that way: making Renta Easy the salespeople’s favorite tool and something customers can’t live without. But I truly believe that, together, we can get much more out of this tool. Because here, there’s no “this is how we do things here” mentality—instead, we really get to operate locally in every town and tailor our business to the customer,” says Magnus.
In addition, he’ll be updating all sales materials and national agreements, and he’ll be responsible for reaching out to customers who fall through the cracks.
“What’s exciting about this project is that we have about 400 employees, 25 of whom work at our headquarters—and they’re just as important as the rest of us. But that means decisions aren’t made in a boardroom. They’re made during meetings with customers and together at the depot. We need to focus on that even more,” Magnus concludes.
