Christofer “Otis” Odehammar has signed
The rumor is true. It’s official—Christofer “Otis” Odehammar will be taking on a brand-new role to assist Stockholm’s regional manager, Thomas Robertsson, in leading the business. This is fully in line with our ambition to become Sweden’s best equipment rental company. Meet our new assistant coach, who lives by the motto “I’m here for the team” and is never afraid to roll up his sleeves—but above all, he’s a sports fanatic who recharges his batteries in the woods.
There’s no denying it: Christofer is the kind of player you hate to face but love to have on your team. His energy, his hard work, and his preference for an assist over a goal.
– All equipment rental companies have a broad and high-quality fleet of machines. Some even have more machines than we do. But we have the people, the freedom, and that’s where the solution lies. We all have the authority to make our own decisions—the decisions we know are best for our customers, says Christofer, business developer and assistant regional manager at Renta Stockholm.
Why did you decide to sign with Renta?
– Like many others, I’ve been following Renta’s progress, and they’re doing things here that I’ve never heard of before. All branches have their own revenue targets, and when they hit them, they get a budget to buy whatever machines they want. That local autonomy helps people grow, and I’m all for it, every day of the week.
