Per Andersson, CEO of Kynningsrud Fastighet, doesn’t like it when things are left to chance, and for a long time he wondered why no one offered an APD, TA, or site development plan—one that’s completely ready to be sent directly to the municipality.
“After our first meeting with Renta, we had put together a really good plan for what needed to be done—handling all the documentation that needs to be submitted—and on top of that, Renta responds quickly. “That’s important because time is usually tight, and there are quite a few documents that need to be submitted to the municipality,” says Per Andersson of Kynningsrud Fastighet.

– It’s not every week or every month that we need to create a TA plan, and that lack of practice is both a waste of time and a prime opportunity for mistakes. Plus, I’m able to plan the project earlier because I get everything sorted out right away and gain an incredibly good overview of the project as a whole.
