Hyr Benders Roadblock 650 3m barrier

Benders’ new longitudinal road barrier has been named Roadblock 650 after its height in millimetres. In addition to its primary function of protecting both road users and road workers, the Roadblock 650 also offers unprecedented levels of durability and ease of handling. The new longitudinal barrier is manufactured in lengths of 3 and 6 metres respectively and is steel-clad on all exposed sides. This gives the barriers a longer service life, whilst also making it easy to move them sideways without damaging the concrete. A unique locking system with no loose parts also allows the crane operator to install the barriers without assistance, thereby reducing the risk of crush injuries.

Approved by the Swedish Transport Administration
Roadblock 650 is approved by the Swedish Transport Administration for use on the national road network. The barrier has been tested and approved in accordance with standard SS-EN 1317-2 in T1, T2 and T3 with a working width ranging from W1 to W4.
