Consto has successfully completed the construction of 346 apartments in Söderbymalm, Haninge
From demolition to turnkey completion, we have supported Consto in the construction of 346 apartments across two blocks, including commercial space and a parking garage. Here in the archipelago municipality of Haninge, residents enjoy proximity to both downtown Stockholm and nature.
There’s a “turnkey” vibe when we meet up with the Consto team. Here, they’ve built the new Söderbymalm neighborhood, where the various buildings offer variety with facades made of either beautiful brick or natural wood.
“It’s 99 percent complete, and we’re now landscaping the courtyards and installing the balcony railings. It’s great to build everything as a single project while still delivering a final result in all its forms,” says Markus Brännström, site manager at Consto.
