Four Years as a Challenger
Every day, we ask ourselves how we can challenge others and be challenged ourselves. In just four years, the idea that a group of small, local equipment rental companies would come together on a national level has become a reality, with 58 depots today doing their utmost for their local communities.
We’re moving forward with incredible determination and a commitment to deliver on our promises and be an integral part of the communities where we work and live. Where you decide what goes on the shelf, where the distribution center manages its day-to-day operations, and where collaboration between regions is just a phone call away.
Is it easy? No, because as we grow, so do our responsibilities. The demands grow. And it’s easy to fall into the trap of thinking that we’re now just like every other big corporation. Hour-long meetings where we draw up “this-is-how-we’ve-always-done-it” policies in Excel and Paint. But that’s exactly what we don’t even have time to get caught up in. Because instead, we head out to have a barbecue at a construction site, set up a dozen site offices, or discuss how we can best help the builders meet all the increased environmental requirements. When it comes to sustainability, the only limit is our imagination. And at the depots, the only limits are those set by the depots themselves.
We are proud to have a nationwide presence, and in the coming weeks we will announce more locations where we now have the opportunity to open, hire locally, and thus continue to learn from and be inspired by the wonderful country we call Sweden.
