Housing shortage in Boden—lucky for us, we opened our new depot in the city today
Just as the grand-opening kebabs were running out, we all heard the news that housing in Boden is running out. That’s why we’ve now opened in our brand-new space at Flygfältsvägen 6, fully ready to support all the exciting things happening in Boden. Thank you for today and for your trust—let’s get started!
Eleven months ago, we announced the opening of two depots in Boden—one located at the major project site and one at Flygfältsvägen 6. However, the latter was only a temporary depot while we built a brand-new one, fully tailored to the needs and wishes of the community builders.
– Norrläge has built a climate-smart and beautiful wooden building, and the entire process has gone smoothly. Pionjären (the property owner) has also been a strong advocate for this project every step of the way. We’ve also put together a motivated, local team. Except for me, of course—I’m motivated, but as someone from Skåne, I was only planning to come up for a couple of weeks to share my experience. Instead, I fell in love with the distinct (and four) seasons, the landscape, and the local mindset. So now the whole family has moved up here,” says Nils Billgren, site manager at Renta Boden.

The first person you’ll meet when you come to rent a machine is Stina at the indoor sales counter. Nils-Petter always services the machine before it’s ready for you—whether you pick it up yourself or have Daniel from Farm & Transport deliver it.
