Partille Depot is moving closer to Gothenburg—to the prime location at Järnringen 7

Why are we moving, anyway? The answer is usually: to a space better suited to our goals. Better facilities in the workshop, warehouse, and yard. Just the fact that we’ll have a fenced-in yard in Partille is a big deal. But above all, we’ll be more accessible to all our customers. In February, we’ll be opening at a prime location: Järnringen 7, Partille. You’re warmly welcome!

Location, location, location. That’s always the most important factor, and of course, floor space comes in a close second. We’re currently renovating the property at Järnringen 7 in Partille, and we’ll start moving in at the turn of the year.

“We’ve been looking for new space in Partille for a long time because our current location doesn’t quite provide the right conditions for equipment rental. Although we’ve managed to handle it very well, especially in the workshop here at Laxfiskevägen 4a,” says Jonas Mårtensson, site manager at Renta Partille.

Demolishing the entire property and tearing down an old building

Demolition is now in full swing this October. And in just a couple of days, you’ll be able to get a glimpse of the new layout. With the help of Kålltorps Bygg, the space is being renovated with new interior walls there, a large washroom here, and a locker room, coffee corner, and workshop with plenty of space.

– This is going to be really great. The location is definitely the best part of the whole thing. Just 200 meters from the E20, right in the heart of Partille, and surrounded by all the other construction sites people visit every day—it doesn’t get any better than this. We’re doing everything we can to get the space ready as soon as possible so we can celebrate it all with a grand opening just as soon as we can. Follow the transformation of Järnringen 7 on Instagram: @rentapartille,” Jonas concludes.
