RENTA GROUP MERGES WITH SIA UPRENT GROUP
Renta Group Oy is acquiring SIA Uprent Group, a leading pump company that provides dewatering and bypass solutions. The company has 13 depots in Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, and Poland. Uprent has more than 100 employees and generates approximately 11 MEUR in revenue.

Renta Group Oy (“Renta Group” or “Renta”) has reached an agreement to acquire SIA Uprent Group (“Uprent” or “the Company”), a leading specialized pumping company providing dewatering and bypass solutions in the Baltic States and Poland. The Company operates 13 depots across Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, and Poland. Headquartered in Latvia, Uprent has more than 100 employees and annual revenue of approximately EUR 11 million.
The acquisition marks a continuation of Renta’s strategy to become a leading equipment rental company in Northern Europe. Renta will enter the specialized pumping sector, which is an attractive and substantial rental niche, particularly in Poland and the Baltic states, where pumping is typically required on construction sites due to wet soil conditions. Geographically, Renta will strengthen its position in Poland and gain a foothold in the Baltic states, further expanding its presence in Northern Europe.
Uprent is an excellent fit for Renta, as it is a professionally managed, high-quality company with strong profitability and leading market positions. Like Renta, the company has a lean structure and a country-driven organization. Uprent will continue to operate and provide services using the same well-functioning local business model as before. Renta sees significant potential for growing the business in Uprent’s current markets and further scaling operations by expanding its specialized pumping services into the Nordic region, leveraging Renta’s existing presence.
