In Trollhättan, the assistant is the biggest of all
Tiki-taka: The game plan is in place, and the No. 10 has the freedom to do absolutely anything. Now Jörgen and Markus are building a team that will deliver YouTube-worthy, smooth passes to our customers. Building a team is a team sport, and now it’s time to build up the team in Trollhättan. Early mornings, hard work, and always in the shadow of the top scorer. We’re the team that loves Sunday pickup games just as much as competing on a national level in the biggest arenas. And now Coach Jörgen Pettersson (Regional Manager, Skaraborg) and team captain Markus Twillman (Site Manager) are building Trollhättan’s strongest team.
“We’re team players with a passion that’s off the charts. We want to dictate the play, deliver pinpoint passes to our No. 10, but also create open spaces to play in—because we do this together as a team, and we always get the job done,” says Jörgen.
Jörgen is the regional manager who would rather give than take, can deadlift 160 kg, and warms up every day with a bath. A hot one. He appointed Vänersborg HC’s all-time leading scorer to the position of team captain and site manager. Despite his inability to whip up an Ingrosso pasta dish, but definitely because of his desire to do better—every day.
– I hope my winning attitude can inspire others, and here we’ll build a sense of unity that’s open to change. “The game plan is crystal clear: the customer is number one and must be supported. Tactics are determined accordingly, and it’s through those changes that opportunities for growth arise,” says Markus.
