Växjö opened its doors for the summer
A grand opening under the blazing sun, together with a dozen equipment suppliers, is one thing. But having 374 local builders dance onto the orange carpet made it a huge success. Hats off to Emma, Herman, Stefan, Janni, and Pontus for all the work they put in leading up to this day. Way to go, guys! Way to go, Växjö!
The courtyard was packed with equipment suppliers (no one mentioned, no one forgotten) who shared all the ins and outs of the craft, and Sedat, the grill master from Renta Mälardalen, had brought along both grills and assistants. But as always, none of this would be possible, fun, or worth it—if it weren’t for everyone who came by to say hello. A big thank you for the warm welcome, Växjö!
“This is what we’ve been working toward for so long, and it feels so good to finally be able to show everyone in the construction industry what we’ve created.” “We’re a motivated, tight-knit team with new machines ready to go. Thank you for all the congratulations, cheers, and for coming out,” says Emma Lindelöf, site manager in Växjö.
Gotlandsbyggen renovated the premises
What used to be Växjö Bil & Släp’s old auto repair shop became a project for Gotlandsbyggento tackle. As a contractor capable of handling just about anything and deeply committed to its customers’ ideas and wishes, the renovation at Verkstadsgatan 6 went as smoothly as the waters of Lake Växjö.
“We’ve had a really good dialogue with Gotlandsbyggen the whole way through, and together we’ve created a space that’s perfectly tailored to our business. It turned out so well,” Emma concludes.
