We are joining forces with Byggmaskiner-Gruppen Sverige AB
We (Renta) are finally able to announce that we have merged with Byggmaskiner-Gruppen Sverige AB’s three depots in Norrköping, Linköping, and Stockholm/Järfälla. Renta AB will acquire 100% of Byggmaskiner-Gruppen Sverige AB’s share capital under an agreement signed on August 13, 2021. In connection with the agreement, the owners of Byggmaskiner-Gruppen Sverige AB will make significant investments in Renta Group Oy.
Our expansion continues in partnership with Byggmaskiner in Östergötland and Stockholm. With support from our depots in Eskilstuna, Jönköping, Södertälje, Globen, and Sollentuna, we are improving availability and service and further expanding our high-quality product range in the region. The product selection there will be just as extensive as at our other 44 depots, and with the merger with Byggmaskiner, we now have a total of 47 locations.

Byggmaskiner-Gruppen Sverige AB is the parent company of three companies: Linköpings Byggmaskiner AB, Mark & Byggmaskiner Törnkvist AB, and Norrköpings Byggmaskiner AB. It is a family-owned business with roots dating back to the 1970s. The group has annual revenue of 80 MSEK and a workforce of 22 employees.
