We want to do the right thing

We are committed to upholding transparency and trust in Renta’s business operations. We are committed to conducting our business ethically and in compliance with laws, rules, and regulations.

We want to prevent violations and unethical conduct, and therefore we encourage all Renta employees and business partners to report any suspected instances of such behavior.

Renta’s Whistleblowing Reporting Channel

Renta’s reporting channel provides an opportunity to report suspected irregularities and other unethical conduct, such as corruption, bribery, harassment, or other fraudulent behavior, as well as acts covered by the Whistleblower Directive. The reporting channel is not intended for handling customer feedback or complaints.

The reporting channel is not connected to Renta’s IT system; instead, it is maintained by the external service provider WhistleB, Whistleblowing Centre AB. The reporting process is heavily encrypted and protected to ensure the reporter’s anonymity and the security of the information.

All reports are taken seriously and handled confidentially. https://report.whistleb.com/sv/renta
