Hornbach + Renta = Pilot Depot in Helsingborg Inaugurated
The Building Materials Experts Hornbach dares to be different (that time when the letters disappeared from the name), and while you’re shopping for materials for your next construction project, you should of course rent the right machine to go with them. No sooner said than done—today we opened our pilot depot at Hornbach in Helsingborg!
When everything just feels right—from the initial idea to lighting the grill at the opening—that’s when the opening is a real success. With 22 suppliers (!) in construction, painting, electrical work, and landscaping, there was a wealth of contests and giveaways. What about the kebabs? Of course, they took center stage, and we served a total of 816 professional builders. To all of you, a huge thank you for today!
“This feels absolutely great—and like something we should have started a long time ago. The energy I get from working alongside Renta’s employees is incredible,” says Micke Hansson, Renta Manager at Hornbach Helsingborg.
Just like a Rentade depot—but right next to the building materials
One way to get closer to you and make ourselves more accessible is, of course, to be where you are. So I’m sure no one is really surprised that we’re now launching this initiative with Hornbach.
– This idea has been in the works for a while, and success isn’t guaranteed; hard work and having the right equipment on site and readily available will be crucial. At the same time, we’re building a new, large warehouse in Helsingborg that will be able to supply both the construction sector in Helsingborg and the city’s Hornbach stores with the right equipment. In addition, our goal is to open more Hornbach stores across the country,” reveals Poul Skehammar, KAM Manager at Renta Sweden.
