Kynningsrud Bygg + Renta: One of the Most Locally Focused Nationwide Agreements
You’ll recognize the name from the classic green faucet, but also because we’ve mentioned them time and again recently. Now we’ve run out of reasons not to sign a nationwide agreement (2021–2022) with each other.
Kynningsrud Bygg has built our depot in Uddevalla and is currently building our depot in Trollhättan, and we (Renta) not only have a special fondness for Bohuslän but have also had the opportunity to build Biltema’s warehouse in Halmstad together. There, we are suppliers of site huts and construction equipment, and going forward (2021–2022), we will be their most reliable and loyal equipment rental provider.
“Their local involvement in Uddevalla has not gone unnoticed over the years—and certainly not by us either. It is undeniably a company on the rise, and we are honored to support them in their upcoming construction projects,” says Robin Svensson, sales representative at Renta Uddevalla.
The partner who has returned to the construction site
Kynningsrud began as a construction company in 1946 and has since embarked on an incredible journey in both the building and civil engineering sectors. They returned to their original vision when they launched Kynningsrud Bygg in 2018, and with its four other divisions—Kran, Prefab, Fastighet, and Grundläggning—Kynningsrud is, in many ways, very similar to us at Renta. The charm of a small company and the muscle of a large one.
“With Renta, we already have a really exciting project underway, and we really put them to the test—and were impressed by how quickly they got the site offices, electricity, and heating up and running. Here, we’ve found relationships and people we can trust,” says Henrik Ekman, CEO of Kynningsrud Bygg.
