Renovated in record time—Västberga has now been officially opened as well

We had barely gotten the keys before the blueprints arrived. It’s no wonder, then, that here we are, four months later, each with a kebab in hand, looking out over these brand-new, state-of-the-art facilities. Site Manager Max, Workshop Manager Benito, Inside Sales Rep Patrik, and Inside Sales Rep Frida have had some really busy days. But after handing out 353 kebabs, they’re finally taking a breather. With chocolate-topped ice cream. Thanks for coming—and welcome back!

Do you remember what it looked like before? The space had been vacant for several years when Regional Manager Thomas saw its potential, got hold of the key, and called Max. Max, who was the site manager for both Globen and Jordbro, now had the opportunity to build a depot from the ground up. And boy, did he do it. He handpicked Benito from the Södertälje depot and Frida from the Uppsala depot before hiring Patrik (someone had to bring in some fresh perspectives, after all). Together, they’ve put together a depot in record time. Hats off to them!

– It’s really sweaty out here, but that’s probably mostly thanks to the sun. Of course, we still have some things left to put together, but as long as the ice cream machine is running and all the machines are available for rent—the rest will work itself out in time. I’d like to thank everyone who came today and brightened up our new home. See you soon, says Max Thylin Wallquist, site manager at Renta Västberga.
