Diversity and Equal Treatment
Renta aims to be an attractive workplace for everyone. For us, having an organization and an attitude characterized by equality and diversity is a given. Our overarching goal is to attract, welcome, retain, and develop talented employees. We exclude no one in our pursuit of a workplace where everyone is treated with respect and dignity.
At the end of 2022, women made up only 11.5% of our organization, which—despite being an increase from the 2021 figures—is far too low. All research shows that a balanced gender distribution in the workplace contributes to development and success, which is why we constantly strive to even out the distribution through various initiatives, including “Sila snacket,” targeted campaigns aimed at female applicants, and increased awareness of the gender imbalance.
As part of our efforts to create a diverse workplace, we also strive to foster a work environment that welcomes everyone, regardless of background, sexual orientation, or skin color. We are aware of our shortcomings in this area and recognize that there is always room for improvement; therefore, we have implemented an ongoing initiative that permeates the entire organization.
