Now we’re heading home—thank you for 2025
Another year has come to a close, and we are so grateful for every single customer we have the opportunity to serve. This year, we’ve strived to serve you even better while merging with TBM, starting to work with Alrik, and, as is our custom, opening a number of depots.
For over seven years, we have supported the Varberg Tunnel rail project, and seeing the trains running this year has been a great joy. Speaking of joy , the Sundsvall depot moved to significantly larger facilities that are perfectly suited to our type of operations. Workstations can be customized inside that workshop. Just one example.
We announced last year—but didn’t share the news until this year—that we’re now also using Alrik. Alrik is the pioneer of smart logistics and provides our shipments with more than 100 data points in real time. That might sound like a lot, but thanks to this, we can report all our emissions—which you’re also required to report.
Since then, Oskar, Emma, Daniel, and Alva have taken us to new heights, and in total, we’ve welcomed 204 employees to the Renta Adventure. 183 employees have chosen to move on, 13 of whom retired. Thank you for everything you’ve taught us, and we hope to see you stop by when we really miss you—or when we need a machine. Can you believe we now have 780 employees? That’s incredibly awesome.
In Sweden, construction takes many different forms: penthouse apartments in Malmö, the restoration of the Lidköping City Council building from 1853, and wind turbines in Dållebo. We’re involved in supporting all these different projects and are proud to have supplied zero-emission machines to JVAB, which is laying the foundation for Hagastaden in Stockholm. This year, as Infrakraft worked on the rerouting of Highway 41 between Borås and Varberg, we provided support in every way. Work sheds, traffic closures, construction power, pumps, and machinery. And speaking of water, we also helped Hässleholm Miljö move 300 l/s.
We love hosting parties and having barbecues
We really love having barbecues out at the construction sites, though nothing beats the grand openings. In some places, they move to a new location just so they can have another grand opening. Ahem. Skellefteå. Ahem. Joking aside, they first moved into a temporary space because demand was so high. Then we built a new facility where they are today. Another ahem: Globen. That’s where we also merged Västberga and Globen into one large warehouse with a magical entrance.
Next year will bring more grand openings, as we can already confirm that Kungälv, Partille, and Eskilstuna will be getting new and larger depots. Then Sollentuna and Järfälla will also be moving into a really large depot in Järfälla. More depots will surely be hosting grand openings—Ringön in Gothenburg has, after all, been renovated. Wink. So keep an eye out for announcements after next year’s RVSP event.
Maxmodules Raise the Standard for Construction Site Housing in Sweden
The price of storage units has remained the same since the 1980s. The same daily rate for 45 years! The price hasn’t exactly gone up the same way as coffee, movie tickets, or gas. But Maxmoduler has built new facilities to meet the high demand for booths of all kinds, and this past spring, all of our installation managers traveled to Lycksele to discuss quality and standards and to strengthen our collaboration.
Now we’re leaving 2025 behind and looking forward to an exciting 2026. Some say there will be even more construction then. And we’re ready. Enjoy a few days off, and then let’s tackle 2026—together.
